Is getting links from High PR Websites worth it..NON HOMEPAGE?

    You know the websites...sites like www.digitaljournal.com links are selling for $100-$150 per link.
    The site has high PR and domain rating but the link is not added on homepage...its added on a new page as in brand new article.

    So is it worth paying $100-$150 to have a link from digital journal or similar site but a non home page link?

    Also i noticed that they usually add 3-4 outgoing links on a single article... that cant help either.

    SOOO is it worth it?

    If purely for SEO, I'd say it's a fairly good link bcoz of it being a trusted website link, even if not from the homepage.

    But the people selling it for $100+ are NOT selling it for SEO purpose. Heard something called branding and PR?
