I had some fiverr gigs with daily orders,
i don't get rich by them but money is money.

The last days i recognized that i dont get any orders,
i searched for my gigs and nothing, they disapeared from search.

I have contacted the support and here is what they tell me:

That sentence is special to me:
"Also, you should always work on promoting your Gigs outside of Fiverr"

Realy WTF, when i have to do big promotion outside of fiverr to get orders,
why the hack should i use fiverr??? For gifting them 20%?....

Are there others with such expirience?

Wow that's a ridiculous message. Sell your services on your own site OP! If you must promote your Fiverr page then you might as well promote your own.

LOL funny stuff! They want you to promote your gig that will essentially promote their site.

    That's... actually retarded?

How do they expect you to make any sales when the gig doesn't even show up in the search results?

    Translating to plain English:

They don't like having your business advertised there, but they don't want to lose your business too, so they'll leave you an open door.

it's like they were their own biggest enemies, why exclude legit gigs from their search, when it generates sales and they get their cut?

they should adjust their editorial focus a bit, because now it looks like that they know better what their users want than their users themselves

I am not surprised, fiverr favors & protect buyers more and more. I had a similar incident, when one of my buyer repeatedly order with different ids, and I fulfilled all the orders on time and for that funny $4.00/order. One day, I saw my account is banned, when I inquire, I came to knew that they found my orders suspicious.

It was such a pain, I've put my 2-3 hours per order to earn that $4 and the middle man company fiverr disabled my account and freezed my earnings all of a sudden.

Anyways, I was able to withdraw my money after their on-hold period, since then I never bother visiting them.
