I posted a gig and waited for almost a week... No news till now.

I wonder if it is still the best place to make money online.

Otherwise can someone advise me if other than Fiverr, which are the other microjob sites out there?

If any kind soul who is willing to help me out, please PM me. I will send you my gig URL. I can't post it here.

You wont see that many buyers for that. Maybe few sales a month but don't expect much from it.

You need to stand out from the crowd. You also must promote your gig elsewhere..

Fiverr is working fine for me. Not a lot of profit in it but steadily increasing orders every week.....

Work on your wording. You need to stand out from all the other crap on there.....

So all you did was post a gig? no video, no templates and no swapping fiverr gigs for ratings? not to be offensive but that is like posting a blog and not doing any SEO, PPC or social to drive traffic.

If you so dependent on the traffic from the fiverr alone, that's hard to make sales. It's so crowded now. I remember when I first join fiverr in 2010, very few sellers, I easily can get 10-40 orders per day. Now I still have fiverr gigs with less than 10 orders per day. I try bing ppc promoting my gigs, but very little success, not really good ROI. Try to drive traffics to your gigs, surely it will helps. But you need to trial and error until you find the perfect method. Hope that help :)

It's easy to make money on Fiverr, you just need to know what's HOT right now and then
Clone a gig that is blowing up...SIMPLE.

just because you create a gig dose not mean that you will get sales.

new Gigs that that are making $$$$$$ right now
These one's are 1 day old with 6+ orders already
    Now Clone one;)

copy the SEO, Description ect and make $$$

OP stop wasting our time with your gig. You already posted your "gig" in the other thread saying how you wanna help other members here and when they Pm'd to see how can you help them with that you just forwarded them to your gig....no one cares about your gig and I don't know who told you that Fiverr is the best place to make money online...

I was thinking about trying to fill the poker niche but I can't immagine getting anyone to actually pay for it. It's unfortunate but unless your developed, have boobs, or are an artist there really isn't much you can do on it, imo.

fiverr is still great place to do my outsourcing and link building.. but i look for gigs that are manual such as hubpages, squiddoo, and other web 2.0 pages that often take up more of my time.

As others here have pointed out, move the center of gravity for promoting your gigs to YOUR OWN traffic building funnel, of which the Fiverr gig link is simply the end point or landing page. Review which gigs are truly popular and clone the ones you can also do. Research related keywords that have low SEO comp and use them to describe your gig. Create a micro site or blog based on the same keywords and use the gig url as your product link.

Use social media, yahoo answers, viral video, etc SEO and non-SEO methods to promote the site and/or link. Don't rely on Fiverr for anything other than as a reliable order/delivery portal for your service, and treat other gig site urls you start the same way.

And do not ever forget to buy your own gigs and rate 100% once you launch.
