I've never used PPC or FB ads marketing method. Today I was just thinking about using FB ads for CPA (email submit to start with). Here's what I'm thinking.

    Make a CPA site.
    Put email submit offers.
Use FB ads to promote the CPA site.

Does this still work? Can't be this easy, can it?

Not as easy as you think. It works exactly like you said, except fb will ban you. If you want to use FB ads to promote CPA site (its doable, thousands are doing this) you need to figure out how to stay away from FB-s radar and how to revive when you get banned. Using real "looking" accounts, cloaking, safe spending, warming etc etc, a lot of work if your'e new in this but nothing you couldn't do.

Best strategy for you, make a cpa site, use fb ads to promote it, get banned, start looking for solutions. Only way you learn every aspect needed.

Thanks for the helpful reply. Why would FB ban me? I did some research and found that FB does allow CPA sites. I should worry about getting banned when I am advertising something that FB doesn't allow. So if I make a CPA site - something not too blackhat for example, a simple email submit offer to win a McDonalds $50 voucher. This isn't very blackhat, right? So why would FB have a problem with it? Can you tell me a bit more why FB would ban especially when they do allow advertising of CPA sites?

    Thank you man!

Also, by your warnings, I assume that I shouldn't use my own personal FB account to start doing this and instead make a fake account?

Well, advertising with FB is a thin ice either you are completely legal or not, there are too many cases FB banned people FOLLOWING TOS. What my personal experience is, only thing facebook worries about is theyre user experience. If you pass FB algos with your accounts and you run fb campaigns that some % of people just dont like (they report or hide your ads from theyre timeline) then you are screwed. It might be unfair but thats how Fb works- user experience above everything. Like I said, start a campaign and see, maybe your advertising angles will be only a positive user experience in facebook and youll be fine (still you need to consider that you might get banned anyway one day).

Right, using your own (usually high quality account) for testing is not smartest move. You can earn 100k with that account later for example cause real accounts tend to last longer than farmed ones. (not a rule!). But there are always your family members accounts, your friends accounts etc to use to get rolling, after that, either farm yourself or buy (be aware, 95+% of FB advertising account sellers are scammers!). Most people farming they're selves cause they're simply just tired of those scammers and its really hard to find reliable source for quality ad accounts. Also, anyone offering accounts in this sub-forum is also a scam artist. Just, be aware :)
