I think you can do that. Until now PayPal has no automated procress to check whether an address exists or not provided that you enter an existing street with an existing city and postcode. So you can insert an address which doesn't exist in GMaps but the street name, city and postcode should be the correct ones, using another street number should be the solution. Nevertheless in case they ask you at any time in the future to verifiy your identity, business, whatever you have to provide documents and here I'm unsure whether PayPal checks the existence of the address (e.g. if the street number is existent or the ZIP code).

Yes, and best way is to look for some stores around you (in Google Maps), add that with some minor changes like making some changes with chamber/room/shop number and you are good to go!..

You can choose not to display your address while sending payments as a business account so use your original email.

He is offering a service and ain't probably worried about sending payments. His concern here is "not to share/disclose" his real address to his customer. :)

Indeed. But, OP only wanted to know how to hide it while selling. I only enlightened about his intentions. Never said you are wrong. C'mon man! Chill :D
