Is EZA platinum accounts allowed in BHW?

Like the title says,i just want to know if buying the EZA PLATINUM accounts is allowed through BHW or not?

It was a horror to get one when I was buying myself cos no one was selling it , and when someone were then for super-high price!

If you need an platinum account I can sell mine it have like 50articles submitted but I dont need it anymore since my test with them failed..
