    Hey all,

I have a website about a tv show , it's a turkish tv show xD

Anyway , should I give a f*ck about embeddng megavideo episode videos ?
Or can I at least link to rapidshare links ?
If not , then can I at least link to a source where they offer downloading the video??

And last question , Can I use adsense + CPA (Offering downloading the video for free if they fill a survey , but i won't give them that)
    Is that okay with adsense?

    Help me = Thanks + Rep ;)
    Thanks in advance

It's not you that uploaded the video so your ok.

You can't use adsense on a tv show website.

You can only use CPA if your doning incentive or faking the referer.

To be 100% safe go offshore if you are going to host a tv show website.

I can't use adsense even if I don't show any videos about the tv show ? I mean if i just write "Download episode part 5" ,but in that page i just show an article about the episode (no download or anything)
Is that okay ? And can I add cpa with that?

You should ask adsense I know that they don't want to be associated with copywrited content. The same goes for CPA.

Actually I think you should hold off giving advice or accepting it at the moment. The US is about to decide one way or the other about a new law that basically says, if more than 5 people watch an unlicensed video on your site, you are legally accountable!
(I absolutely love the fact that they wont go after youtube etc though, so fucking impartial....)

Could you not just host all of the videos on a $1 .info without any adsense and 301 redirect to that when a user clicks on a video?
Although that said.... unless they've changed the law recently the US holds the insanely hypocritical law that anything not released in the US is public domain, certainly was the case up at one point anyway :D
