I think OP wants to target people on the suppression list with offers/content related to the niche.
So a suppression list of weightloss leads he will try and email market to them weightloss products/content.
I thought about this and not sure, since these people dont want to be mailed from this company anymore maybe they no longer interested in losing weight anymore.

No you can't. These people dont want to recieve anymore emails from that company and want to be removed from your list, you mailing them again would be violation of can-spam.
What you will be doing is cold email marketing/spamming.

But they never optin to you either. So it is spamming.

A supression list is given away freely by most cpa companies. So it is no big deal to get them.
It is a list of people who do not want to be emailed that offer.
If you think that means that because they have opted out of offer 1 on crypto or whatever they will be fine with you emailing them offer 2 you are welcome to try.

To be fair this works, just not with supression lists!
If this works I don't see how it wouldn't work with suppression lists.
It works with scraped data I assume ypu are refering to?

Yes. Scrape, clean, send, then segment the ones that open and repeat.
I see. This can work even for B2C?
I heard the data will be full of trouble, spamtraps, bounces..etc

Fair enough they opt-out from that companies offers.. but they might be interested in the OP's, offers if it is different to the other companies offers..If it is the same then he is wasting his time..
