Is ebay banning tor users?

Hello!
i've been suspended.
and i decided to open a new account.
the account is in usa and i got the virtual visa card.

i am from Israel.

I am afaid to get inside ebay with Tor proxy.

has anyone had any experience with that? do they ban you?
cause i heard some rumors saying they do not longer ban tor users...

please answer quick , i want to add listing as soon as possible

Just don't use eBay. It's not worth it. You'll just get banned again, seriously. What type of items are you selling? If they're not rare or anything, try out Amazon. It's so much easier and faster.

amazon dont allow foreigners to sell,only usa based...

but i am asking serously if anyone knows about ebay and the tor network?
