Is Domain-words safe?

Hi,recently I got an offer from 123-reg. Their buyer wants to buy my domain and they told me that the buyer will buy my domain only if I order the aprasied value certificate from Domain-words . I just want to know if it's safe to order the certificate from them since the certificate costs 180$.
Did anyone have any experience with this?

I'd be willing to bet they want the $180 more than someone wants the domain. A serious buyer wouldn't need an appraisal from someone else. They'd see the value there themselves.

Don't order the certificate, the "interested buyer" is getting paid to trap you into buying 180$ worth of crap.

Yep as others have said, its an old scam.

Makes you wonder how many people have actually fell for it.

I got pretty much excited but I was sure that that was scam... it was too good to be true
