Is Directory Submission and PBN backlinks still effective in 2021?

Hello everyone,

I need help to analyze some websites. I am sharing some links please check once and do let me know are those links good for my website or not, Like in terms of ranking or organic traffic.
And also I'm sharing a screenshot which shows DA, PA, and Spam score of those websites.

They look usable by the first look. (setups could use improvement)

Spam scores are most likely because of non-English sources and anchors.

Both PBN links and directories work and will continue to work. PBNs in general and directories especially for local.

They're not really worth it,
most of these domains are actually spammed,
that includes the websites and the huge number of the OBL, multi-niche articles,
checking the top links for one of them, comes out to be some spammy links in some Blogspot posts that made only to manipulate the metrics, RDs, etc (along with 100s of them in the pages)...

Overall, these kinds of PBNs are what you actually should avoid,
They're made out of pure spam just for the sake of getting your pocket money

In most cases, it will just give a small temporary boost,
nothing to worry about unless you got any actual problem

Bro don't go with this type of matrics

Find some high traffic niche site related to your website

or

try to get some backlinks from high-quality niche related forum backlinks

this is just based on my experience,

a simple guess that's done because the article/link does stay on the homepage for a couple of days passing some link juice,
so when it moves to the above pagination pages & loses its power

Directory submission are still a valid practice, it can still appear to be a small ranking factor, especially for local businesses.
And PBN can garner traffic to your website.
