Why don't you buy some phone number rental and add it in the account?

Removing phone number isn't a big deal , your account won't suspend until you done any unusual activites.

You don't need a phone number if you activate the facebook account through a non vpn ip address.
The best thing to do is to use the facebook account for a week like a normal person would, and join some cooking group full of moms who share food pics. Just post some foodporn pics from reddit and get much likes, this will help validate ur profile for facebook. But don't go too fast.
Once your account is around 2 months old, you're pretty much in the clear.
I'm currently using 7 different fb accounts, all with no phone.

It doesn't matter. While adding mobile number does increase the authenticity of your account. However, getting banned or shadow banned solely depends on the fact whether you are following their rules and regulations or not.

I know on twitter you could use the number again to make another account, but i don't think that works on FB
