Is customer file upload after purchase + file download after work is done possible with Shopify?

Hi everyone,

I've been looking for an app that would allow customer to make a purchase, after purchase attach files to order and at the completion of order to provide customer with download link to finished work.

Is something like this possible with Shopify?
