If you have a decent number of channels your self and want to post lots of comments on your own to your own video to boost it's popularity is it safe to do with the same IP address? The only risk for having your video taken down is views right?
Also for convince what is the best most realistic and safe place to buy youtube comments here?

Yes. I've been doing this for more than a year now. The maximum comments that I did per day though is 100.

i don't think they will take your videos down but they might hurt the rankings. I've done this very thing but never beyond a reasonable amount.

It's safe. Maybe it's not good when you are going to post 1000+ posts but for lower number of comments it's safe.

For better rankings use VPS or private proxies.

May I ask what you were going to write as yourself as the YT video owner?

Of course I need to pretend as a regular user when doing comments.

For example: OMFG. Who the fuck is the hot girl at 7:13? Am I the only one who noticed that she's hot?

Create comments that are related to the video. Avoid generic short comments like. "Awesome", "Cool", "Fantastic", "Like"," etc. etc. to make it look natural.

And if possible create a "Conversation Comments" base from 2-5 accounts. Because people nowadays can identify if the comments are botted or not.

There are social exchange sites (not sure if AddmeFast does this but I know others do) that offer Youtube comments. You write a comment and someone somewhere will post it. Of course if you want all unique comments you're going to have to switch the limit to 1 and go back in and edit whatever comment you wrote so that it doesn't get posted twice.
