Is Crakrevenue Support Any Good?

    Been trying to get in contact with someone with no success. Are they normally not available on a business days during business hours?

    you mean talk to them personally cause im actually still with them i usually email them and they back to me within 24hrs

    Email support is great. They do reply within first 24 hours, so can't go wrong with that one.

    They answer rather quickly for me also, i usually talk to them in Skype :)

    Use Skype , they will give you good support.

    Strange, i actually sent a message via the support system on the site , still haven't heard ZILTCH from them as of yet:confused:

    Oh Well... I've started making $$$ with them already so all isn't lost..., but dammm guys get back to me!! I think i'm missing out on some potential revenue...

    I usually get a faster response from their support during weekdays. There are also not in the USA (not sure where you're located), so there's a slight time difference.

    This thread came to my attention recently and I see that you have posted it on May 17th. Were you given an answer since then? We monitor emails, skype and CrakRevenue messages from 9 to 5pm on weekdays.

    Please let us know if you still need assistance, maybe something slipped through, which I'd be glad to know since it can help improve.

    Otherwise, thanks to all for the good comments! We have been shaping support for the best in the recent months and we have greatly reduced the reply delays.
