Is craigslist allowed to be discussed?

I ask because I don't see many services offered for craigslist anymore.

Well I really to know is can I post in the hire a freelancer section to hire a craigslist poster? I ask because I sell gold but I need more than 3 buyers per day that I'm currently getting. I need more postings of pieces I always get in so I target the leads with my 3 most popular pieces I always get in stock.
