is CPA with lottery legal or illegal

    Hello i have a question about CPA.

    If i create a site where i say You can win an Iphone blabla just complete the survey ( u know this kind of stuff ) ... after that the guy wont get any Iphone ( obviously )

    is this legal or illegal ? i mean i dont cost him any money he just wasted some time

    Depends on which part of the world you're located in and also, which CPA company you're working in! You might encash your money if you work on a small scale and cloak all your links but in case if you plan to scale it up and the CPA company gets to know, your account might get suspended.

    Yes you can do it, BUT most CPA networks don't really like that, so like above, on a small scale you might get away with it but once you try to scale up the networks will catch up and suspend you and possibly lose your earnings.

    you wont make as much money but if its not going to give the person anything you can usually do it on fileice or cpagrip as they take a lot of the fake stuff from what i know. Other networks that i know of wont allow fake lotto stuff. Probably illegal but not like jail time or anything unless you make some serious cash. you could just give an iphone out after making enough? then you might be able to use some really good networks and offers without worries but talk to an AM there im not sure.

    It's Fraud, but if you lay out terms of when the competition ends then you can avoid any repercussions. Especially if the competition ends in 100 years time--put this in small print.
