Is Content-N-Cash SE friendily?

I just got a Content.N.Cash.rar copy. Looks like an easy tool and user-friendily with loads of free articles on an array of subjects. It let you add header and footer text on each message to make the free articles unique to your site.

Nevertheless, I am wondering how Google and other SE will like to index a site sprung out from nowhere with hundreds or thousands static pages... Does it worth the effort to build sites with this tool?
