Is .com bad for Blackhat ?

Tld's don't matter a lot when it comes to SEO ranking in search engines.
Personally I am inclined to .com or .net.
But, I have had results from even these modern day fancy tld's too.
Be it any kind of site it's your content & how you promote it that matters.
While in some cases domain names are important though, like branding or emd's for a niche website.

.com or .org for me.

.org are good for more institutional sites.

If your going really BH I'd go with a none ICANN tld like .me or .se

Don't buy backlinks from .xyz / .ml / .cl domains -

.com / .net / .org are the good domains.

No, it doesn't matters much. If the links are from relevant high quality articles, it provide a great value for your site. Mostly if the links are from unwanted sources like irrelevant anchors, articles, & the which are not done by you are considered as spam.

There is no definitive answer to what domains are bad for black hat sites, as it depends on various factors such as the type of black hat technique, the target audience, the level of risk, and the potential reward.

What domains are bad for black hat Sites ?

There's no definitive bad domain for blackhat. In fact, generally, black hat domains are churned & burned half the time so the extension only really matters to you.

I prefer the top TLDs (com, net, co, biz, .co.uk, etc) as they look more trusted/natural.

No, only thing that bad for Backhat is if you leak your footprint and google and find its a blackhat site and ding your site.
