IS Clicking own Adsense Ads Via Sock5 ips, a good idea?

Hello, i was wondering this question for a long time. Can anyone please give me advice on this? I had clicked some of my adsenseads 2-3 times via different sock5 ips, a few months back (only for a day). But my adsense account is still safe. I am now hesitant to continue the clicks and i thought it wud b a good idea to ask the members here.

Go ahead and do it. No matter what we say, this idea will still be in your head. But if you get banned then you'll see what we really mean by saying DON'T. but seriously don't do it. Big G doesn't take action for a couple of clicks but I highly doubt that you'll stay under the radar once you see the money on your ads panel.

google goes after your hardware as well. If you can click with 100 different machines using socks5, go ahead, if not, back off.

has anyone seen this sort of "idea" (stupid as it may sound ) backfiring? I mean, how will they ever know, if i use a sock5? Do they catch by screening the ips against blacklisted ips? (maybe....)

Anyway i am discontinuing it. (but still not convinced this isnt possible)

Dont play around with G. Might be you can try with adbrite not with g00gle.

Im sure, you will get banned is a good enough answer to the question.... Im sure if G uses your machine code, it wont be long before they catch up with you.

In saying all of that, what is you use virtual pc and create 100 o/s installs and used socks in conjunction... Would that work? Just a thought!

Arrogance does lead to a big downfall.

Stats and number keeping are a bitch. Advertising is googles core earner. They have thousands of machines keeping tabs on all the turf that belongs to them, and they have been doing this for a couple of years now.

If you are new to the game and think your random good idea that is with in grasp of almost any worthy internet denizen can be your horse to fleece google for a worthwhile chunk. Think again.

on this topic. you know if you close your account, they pay you out, as long as it's more than $10 right. has anyone tried this:

wait for you pin, to activate your account proper
then, in 24 hours go buck wild clicking your own ads (try hide the fact thats its you in whatever way you can think of)
try get to a decent amount and then close your account

i have been using ads3nse for a long time and i don't need fake clicks to make decent money, im just wondering if anyone has tried this method, or if anyone thinks this would work.

In researching your very same line of thinking ( and I spent hours thinking):
you would need in excess of 10000 machines, due to google's pattern matching, and each machine has to have a surfing history of at least 45 days to 200 days.

if you pay attention to a lot of the little details, google has java scripts all over on web sites, so they know click habit's, mouse movement (eyeball attraction issues ), surfing habit's of most humans ....

so you would need an install base of at least 10,000 machine in which all those machines were working ( surfing ) different topics, but in the winter time they looked at vacation rentals in Florida, medicine for different medication,...

You would have to spend time looking at demographic data, you would need to surf all your ip's to the local ip's news paper, and just about everything else.

overall, to not get caught by google, my results were as follows:
a) 97500 machines all with google toolbar attached
b) about 400 web sites covering the most common topics, mostly using rss feeds to add content
c) I would be like a virus within the machine that only when certain keyword topics look-up's happened my site would overwrite the google results or redirect the google results to my pages.
d) I would have all the machines activate in a random pattern ( they would call in while the machine was surfing, then let them be active ( virus working ) for 2 hours then dead for 3 days
e) I would only let my sites hit google results only 4 times per month, never repeating the same site twice to the same machine in 5 months. 4 hit's is more than enough when you have about 100K of machines in control;
at the end of 12 month your monthly results should look like.
100K machines * 1click ( at .25 ) = 25K in revenue.

reinvest the revenue in new web sites and new machines, you'll be king of the block.

Please note, that you would need to do some serious SEO work to those sites, this will attempt to hide ( and increase revenue ) the clicks in the noise.

You will get banned, and they will not pay you out on the money that you earned. Unless you have some huge resources like the above poster mentioned then you have no chance of cheating google.
