Is buying social bookmarks safe?

I just started a site about 2 weeks ago and I'm trying to make it into a big and known site for the category/Niche (I think that's what you call it) I'm in.So it's not like one of those sites that you make just for some quick cash.Anyways I'm still a noob at this but I've looking at the services section here for a long time (even before I started the website) and I was looking for a service that would benefit me and my ranking for my website and stumbled on a social bookmark service

and I was wondering if it would be safe to purchase this? Like If I wont get penalized or banned or anything from search engines.I'm posting this as I'm still pretty new to this whole thing but I've pretty much gathered that you want backlinks lol to improve your sites ranking in search engines. Anyways that's about it for my question I'd greatly appreciate a few answers and if this isn't safe is there any other services you could recommend in the services section that are?

The mantra has to be making sure it looks natural so the titles, descriptions are spun. Don't believe its necessary to come from different IPs

Page Rank in two months is guaranteed by completing your site content, spreading it, after making your indexing better you need to get some links, and if these links are coming from credible website of your niche, you'll certainly get page rank 2 in two months. Domain age shall matter as well. Or you can also outsource your work if you can't do it personally, but do the genuine work for long way

IMO.. It really depends on the status of the social bookmarking site. But I rarely see any spammed paid services. Just keep in mind that you should build your links is your link growth. Google would not like seeing your site having 1000s backlinks within the 1st week and then suddenly having 0 backlinks the next week. There's a term for that which I forgot hahaha.

In 2012, Social Bookmarking has relatively little link power, compared to a good juicy contextual link on a high authority blog. Many bookmarking sites are nofollow, and from the ones that are ********, many of those have very little trust/authority. So many bookmarking sites, especially Pligg sites, for example, appear and disappear so quickly. It's really not sustainable to rely on bookmarking as a sort of link that will get you ranked for any keywords, really.

After the latest google panda updates social bookmarks are working great. Not all bookmarks get indexed instantly, it will take some time. It's safe to build. Just spin the titles and description accordingly.

You may wanna buy some websites with low page rank if your website is new and have some similar topics with your website.
