It's up to you if you buy now or not. But if you decide to buy and hold for longer time (more than a month), educate yourself about Bitcoin wallets and keep your Bitcoins in that. There is a saying "Not your keys, not your Bitcoins". And for good reason, online exchanges can disappear, go bankrupt or simply be banned in your country.
A paper wallet is way safer and cheaper than any exchange, but that's extreme, there are plenty of wallets for PC: Electrum, Mycelium, even official Bitcoin wallet (if nothing changed recently, for this you have to download a bunch of gigabytes, the whole Bitcoin blockhain).
