    Go to www.blog.com

    Click on "sign up"

Enter your info and the captcha.

    Do you see this?

Their tech support is telling me that it is working correctly, but I don't think it is. I'm pretty sure 500 Internal Service Error is something broken on THEIR side, not on my computer.

Refresh on the 500 Internal Server Error page?

    Or refresh on blog.com?

edit - update 5 minutes later: neither of those is working.

It hasn't worked for me for weeks.

I don't think 500 Internal Server Error isn't related to a cache issue. Even when I clear my cache I still have the same issue.

Seems up for me. I suggest you use a site that tells you if it's up.

    I love that downforeveryoneorjustme site.

If you read the first post you will see that the 500 Internal Server Error comes when you try to create a new blog. Their homepage has been up this entire time. The issue is that you cannot create blogs anymore.

What are you doing that I'm not doing?

That doesn't even make sense because 500 Internet Server Error is on their side; it's nothing either of us is doing.

I've tried to create a blog there using multiple browsers and multiple IP addresses and I always get the same thing. And I mean actual different IP addresses, not proxies.

The people I've asked to try it report the same thing as me. So I am beyond clueless as to how you could be getting it to work.

Here I am, another 2 months later (right on time!) and it still doesn't work.

I am still completely at a loss for how it could be working for you but not for me. 500 Internal Server Error has nothing to do with me, my computer, my IP, my cookies, or my cache. It's something wrong on their side. It's "500 Internal Server Error," not "500 we're tying to piss off mollah Error."

If you, or anyone else, can explain this I would be most appreciative.

Just for the record, I've tried:

    - Clearing cache
    - Clearing cookies
    - Using FF, IE, and Chrome
    - Using a proxy
    - Actually using another computer in another town 50 miles away

Again, this supports the fact that it's nothing on my side that is causing the problem, so how do you not have an issue when you register?
