Is bidding on TV shows Trademark Infringement?

Hey Everyone!

Say if I have a fan site about a particular tv show, for example CSI Miami, and I would like to get some traffic to the site through adwords...

Would I get in trouble if I bid on the tv show and state the tv show name in my Ad? Given that I am advertising the show, providing links to buy season DVDs and such, would I still get into trouble?

My experience is that Adwords would not accept such a listing due to Copywrite violation.

i think you can bid for keywords and use within the ads.

1. If Google know the owner don't like it then you ad will not run
2. Otherwise owner will send you a notice then you can stop the ads

From my experience your account will not ban you will notify.
