Save your money. They only have PR0 sites, and they have so bad on-page SEO. They have the exact same title (the HTML title element) in all their inner pages! If they would have a Google Webmaster Tools account, they would receive warnings about this. Duplicate title tag is no-no.

And they didn't even remove the default "lorem ipsum" text from the sidebars. Very low quality sites.
