I'm searching for andybody who can offer google locals reviews? There is some experience needed (using CC cleaner, SECURE proxies). But I think this would be a great possibility to push the business.... ATM I didn't found something like this on BHW and ask myself why.. It's just a Google Account needed so I don't think this would be very hard to get done.
Check out fiverr. I have seen many gigs offering 3 reviews for $5 and some have some good feedback for their service.

I just took a look and saw a few more, one that is offering 4 for $5. Just searched "g00gle places." Might still be a bit pricey, though.

Someone said it above. There are a ton of people on fiverr. Send them a message before ordering, what they know about proxies, user accounts, and spreading them out a few days apart. I agree someone should post the service on BHW, and they would make a lot of money. There's a few people on fiverr charging $5 for 3-4 clicks which makes sense in most regards. Hope that helps.
If I could get a lot of Google Accounts, I would code a tool with proxy support for this myself... But since phone # verification this is a little bit to time consuming..
I offer 5 reviews for $5 on my fiverr gig 'johnnyboy666' or can do it out of fiver obviously, how many are you looking for on how many accounts? I normally use 5 different google accounts, from 3 different IP addresses, depending on what the customer asks for
