Hello,
I've a domain which is 12 years old. I want to flip this domain. It's PA is 25 and DA is 14.
Question :
1. Can i flip this domain ?
2. Is age of a domain is really a factor in Flipping domains ?

Age plays some factor, but the biggest factor is earnings. It is best if you can show consistent earnings over a long period of time.

Most people think their domain is worth millions because it is an EMD for a popular search term or because they think it's brandable. In cases such as these, you just have to find the right buyer and then you can make $$$$.

Domain age is definitely a big factor in flipping but it's not all that you need to consider. Backlinks, DA and PA are very important too. If your domain is brandable and has a pretty good number of backlinks with good PA/DA then you can easily flip it for better earnings. Good luck.

Page ranking plays a big factor imo what keywords are searched to get 1st page of google?

Depending on what the domains will be used for the different stats of the domain will be more important than others but age is, IMO, almost always a secondary requirement.

As an example I did a short test with my expired domain hunter tool and after just a few hours I found 44 .com domains with age of 12-16 years, including non .com domains it was 149. Of the 44 .com there was a DA20.

If I was not to limit by age I can find a 9yr old domain with DA35 which I would much rather have than a 12yr old DA14.

I'm not saying your domain is worthless, just that I find age to be secondary once it gets past a few years old.

Yes, it could be. Also don't forget to create some backlinks and buy some traffic to lower alexa rank. Hope it helps!

Thank you everyone for replying. After following all your points. I will now concentrate on more factors as well.
One more thing I'm checking sedo regarding this matter that i want to sell my domain and then I landed on Flippa. People at flippa are selling domain just on the basics of emd and on these domains there is no great pa and da.
So EMD's <> Avg. searches /month plays also a crucial rule in Domain Flipping???
But, on sedo I found that if your domain is not generating some $$$ or having a good all 'n all reputation then you cannot sell a domain at Sedo.
