Just tell which is the worst word according to you.

It doesn't need to be a usual word, it can also be in your specific professional field or anything like that.

For me it is the word "Discrepancy", why not say "difference"?

"the" and "a" in English language. If you know how to do it perfectly, I will think you are a professor.

so you got the idea for this post from this thread: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/anything-like-that-pisses-me-off.1424756/ ?
for fish's sake

Oh no completely unrelated, I didn't see this thread... I didn't want to copy or anything like that

"Possibly", "May", "Might".... aka UNCERTAINTY. I understand it's a lot of lawyer-y CYA speak, but I really hate when companies put out vague press releases and it causes rampant speculation. Be precise and transparent! o_O

I deeply dislike the "We shall see about that" whenever it's used to something that needs instant remediation. Why should we see about it (as in the future) if we can do something now? Maximum dislike.

My favourite word on the opposite side has been POS.

This forum taught me the value of a 3 word letter.

There is a difference between you and me.
There is a discrepancy between you and me.
Both the above have different meanings.
Discrepancy involves some level of a conflict or opposing aspect. However, difference does not involve any level of conflict or opposing aspect.
In certain contexts, difference and discrepancy may be used alternatively. It depends on what context such words are used
