I have 3 year website and it has no earning but have 150 quality articles on medium competitive KWs with many of them with monthly search around 10k & are ranking between 3 page to 10 page ( as per semrush 5 k keywords are ranking) . Domain has TF 10 +, DA 17, PA 30.

I dont have time and resources to rank it? Can it sell for around $1000k ? Is a non earning website but large content of no value?

If its generates some traffic, it may sell but for very low price.

$1000k is way too much, you should hope around $100

When selling any website, you're really selling more than just earning potential to the buyer. Unless you happen to luck out and find someone looking for a fully-built website in this exact niche, you are going to have an extremely difficult time trying to sell this for the amount you are asking. If you can put in the extra work to get several pages to rank page 1 for your keywords and then monetize with either Adsense or other affiliate income, then after say 3-6 months of verified earning you could get that amount or more.

With Flippa, always think like a buyer. Buyers are more inclined to invest in websites that already make money. If you just have a site built in a niche with keywords and traffic numbers, then they have to go and do the market research on the earning potential for that website. This extra work that needs to be done will turn potential buyers away and make them wonder why the seller didn't make any attempt to monetize the site.

High ranked keywords can be sold for good amount..try to rank your keywords up to 2 level and in flippa buyer are intend to pay for money making websites.I think you may not get that much price for your websites.rank high and try to sell for 1000k.
