Hello i've just bought an exact keyword domain .org . The keyword has 90k searches a month mostly usa. Is it worth anything as new?

Thanx for all the replys . The panda update doesnt effect exact keyword domain weight yet. Im not selling the domain im asking a question to the webdesign guys. So i guess the value is in its marketability of the keyword. So its much better to devolope the site than sel the domain. Thanx all

Yes you can actually build it up and sell it in a year. Post a ton of content using that keyword ( I find a similar niche article, spin it and then open it in Word, ctrl F and replace their niche keyword with mine). Fast and simple. I say build up some traffic on it and try to sell it or market affiliate products. Well, you will rank in Yahoo for your site name and maybe have a few Grandmothers visit your site?

Just read that your not selling it. I say buy WP Robot and post news and articles on your keyword and just let it build. (no spamming for a few months!). One important thing with WP is use the translate feature and it will give you semi-non duplicate content. :grouphug:
