Is a Facebook account with many posts really good?

Many clients have told me that they need a Facebook account with many posts and old, but is that really necessary?
The important thing in a FB account is the quality, not the posts. Just having a few posts is enough
No matter how many posts you have, it will not help you interact or comment
They will only see your direct comments on their posts, they will not go to your personal page to see who you are
Old accounts are more useful for comments, they will be less likely to be violated because they have been used for a long time.
The fact that people ask for many posts is just a trick to consume such FB accounts at a higher price. That is considered market price inflation
So the advice for users is to be wise to avoid the problem of inflated prices and avoid paying that extra fee
I have also used my own facebook for over 10 years but I never post on my account
Accounts with many posts are hard to find and if they do, then there is a chance that they are not posted by the owner
That account may have been created in some software
Whether an advertising account has many good posts or not cannot be said clearly because it depends on the quality of the posts and the interaction on that account. Sometimes using new accounts that have been warmed up is quite effective, not less than old accounts.

Quality matters, not quantity. Fewer posts are enough. Engagement is not based on quantity of posts.

I agree with you. Account age and interactions > number of posts especially if you will be using the account to manage a page. The number of posts will only really matter if you plan to post on the timeline of the account itself. The previous posts, especially if the spacing between them is believable, could show visitors that there is a real person behind the account, and that could help gain their trust.

Of course quality is more important than quantity of posts, and older accounts are often more trustworthy, and users often focus on post quality to see if prices are being inflated.

So use your old account to post. Having a lot of posts on your Facebook account is not necessary. Quality is important, not quantity. Few posts are enough.

Well said. The real value of a Facebook account lies in its trust score, age, and behavior history — not just post count. Many posts can be artificial or irrelevant. Smart buyers should focus on authenticity and performance, not inflated metrics. Thanks for clarifying this common misconception.

old account has many posts it is sometimes also not relevant and has no value in generating your own leads it is just a way for sellers to increase product prices and fool people who do not know anything about advertising

An account with many posts is not a completely good account. You mainly have to have quality posts and high interactions to maintain the amount of traffic on those posts, thereby taking advantage of the maximum potential of available customers for business.

The number of posts will not affect the quality of the account too much, many users mistakenly think that the number of posts affects a lot so they try to post a lot, sometimes the number is too much they can even be banned

Yes, a Facebook account with a lot of posts, especially organic and engaging posts, is beneficial. This makes the account look like a real user, increasing trust with Facebook's algorithm. A good activity history makes the account warmer, less likely to be flagged, and improves future ad performance.

Posting a lot on Facebook is not necessarily a good thing. The important thing is whether your posts are good and whether customers are really interested.
