Not going to make any difference at all. The only times the ip addresses of your sites is going to matter are: One if you are trying to get ranked in a particular country then having the site hosted there will help. Two if you are trying to boost one site using other sites that you own, this is much more effective if you have them on different ip's.
Probably not, the only consideration here is loading time which apparently plays a very small part in SEO. As long as your hosting is fast enough I can't see any benefit paying for a dedicated server.
Yaa if you can afford it... It's not just SEO but it's simple plain thing with shared IP you may have to face consequences of actions of some one else... With dedicated IP you are sure that nothing phisy is going on with that IP... This may save your site from any possible loss, isn't it SEO to protect site from any possible seen or unseen harm... lol
P.S. - With harm mean hrash action by search engine because of problem with IP or hosting...
