New to ppc..whats a good average on traffic?
Lol if you think you can convert every user then sure! 0.10-0.30 is the average. I have only done Facebook PPC though.
I meant earning not spending a $1.00
Lol well it depends how much you're paying.
It depends on the niche. A buddy of mine is in the legal niche and makes $2-3 or more / click.
If your creating adsense based sites (in terms of earnings) be sure to do keyword research. Your goal should be low competition, high traffic volume, and good - excellent CPC. It's hard and time consuming but, if you get good at it you can make a fortune. I have some friends making several thousand a month off of BS adsense micro/macro niche sites just because they spent the time researching high paying niches.
After the research phase hit it hard with seo, rank them, and enjoy some nice relatively passive earnings.
It takes time to get good though so don't get discourage. There are also some guys on bhw who will do the work for you. So it might be worth the $30 - $100 to learn how they do it. Take the concepts and expand and increase your earnings!
Yes it is good. More often than not it's about 30-40c. Are you getting such clicks or are you looking at some keword tool?
anything above .20c is good in my view , as soon as u gets clicks starts optimising the site for hig paying keywords , but seriously if u are getting 1 $ a click that is simply awesome
not paying anything, driving traffic for clicks
I have been messing around with it over the past few months. averaged .56c for just over 8k clicks.
1$ is already very good compare from those generic keyword. you can get $1 above on many niche as on health, forex, insurance and much more...
yes problem is Iam no good with websites and seo. I would like to monetize my links but dont have the time or resources to develop ranking sites and getting organic traffic
What are you doing now for seo if at all, if you don't mind me asking? If you have a little cash to spend I'm sure there are places you can start effectively, and for fairly cheap. I know a lot of people on fiverr offer a wide range of seo services for $5 (obviously). That's just one example. And if you've got good keywords with good traffic and on the low end of competition, you'll have no problem ranking, from my personal experience.
not doing a thing in terms of seo...i have read alot of the bst threads and not sure where to start. Most of my sites are high competition keywords but they are paying .75c on avg a click.
Maybe i should invest in some back linking and social bookmarking services? Any suggestions on who provide quality service?
Depends on the niche
Investing in some .edu backlinks might be a good idea for one, which are fairly inexpensive from my experience. But I'm not 100% sure how far you can go into blackhat with ppc, which is something I'm trying to figure out myself. Most people go completely whitehat with ppc as far as I've read here?
I own scrapebox and senukeX for my main site which has given me great success so far, but it seems I won't be able to implement these programs into a ppc site.
The problem is, you said you don't have a lot of time to build links organically? I would assume in moderation you may be able to pay for services, I would be careful though. Maybe someone can clarify. I'm unsure what the limits are and what the big G/whatever adnetwork you're using will spot. Now I just feel like I'm running in circle here lol, I apologize.
