    Hey guys,

aren't sites like 2checkout, avangate etc. resellers of your products?

Cause if that was the case it would make a huge difference when it comes to taxation (especially in europe).

Basically the customer is paying 2checkout and then 2checkout is paying you.

So it's not like you accept money directly into your paypal for example (which is a bank account)

Let me know what you think!

i know what you are trying to do. but it will not work because 2co & co. are registered as money transmitters, not as retailers. on their side, all money they receive is deemed a transaction, not a purchase. so tax authorities do not approach them with retail/service questions. the only question they receive is to disclose your identity.
