For SEO purposes, I want to have different DNS for each domain, I need to purchase 2 IP's for each domain to work?
There is no other way? Or if I just use 1 SAME IP for 2 ns1/ns2.mydomain.com? The domain might not work all the time?

How do You guys do it on VPS Servers? I don't want to be paying for 2 IP's just to register ns1 and ns2 just to have different DNS domain.

You can use one IP for both ns servers. Depending on various factors it can take hours and soemtimes days to resolve.

You cannot have ns1 and ns2 in same ip.
Ns1 ans Ns2 have to be firstly on different machines, so you have redundancy

Technically you can have ns1 + ns2 on the same machine (not recommended). They do need to be on difference IP as you have to create the hosts at the root level domain registrair to resolve it correctly.

So guys HOW do you do it, to hide footprints, I am sure you are not using same Nameservers for different domains for SEO Purposes NO?
My Site still does not resolve after 3 days. That means for EACH BLOG I need to BUY 2 IP's?? not to leave footprints?

No, you can just use different nameserver companies (easydns / aws etc) and use dns servers used by 10000's of others to hide your footprint...
