Is it 100K for a 2 or 3 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in a 400 or 500 m2 land expensive for you who live in Europe or US? The location will be in Bali. ( 100K is include the building and the land)
I am working with my website and trying to make best offer for people who want to invest in Bali in real estate/villas. Need some feedback.
Most other real estate companies cost much more. I have many experiences to work with local people here so that is why I have cheaper price.

It's depend on the villa's design and location (exact location in Bali). Orang bali asli?

For such price, I think it's standard price in Indonesia, and even too cheap IMO.

So, basically you're going to make website offering villas and real estates for foreign investors?
    Interesting bro :D

If i understand your question your asking if 100k is expensive to pay for a 2-3 bedroom house with swimming pool? I live in US, CA and you cant buy anything with 100k, not even a 1 bedroom in the worst neighborhood.

Its very cheap comparing to US/Europe. However, there is always a however. :) People generally tend to buy property in places they plan to live/visit often. As far as I know, Bali is not one of them and hence the costs.

Baltic countries are now popular for example when it comes to buying property and the prices go up rapidly.

People build villas in Bali for investment. This kind of villa is really easy to rent. 1 day in a low season you can rent it for $170 and $350 in a high season.

Yes, I know the scheme I spoke to an agent about 2 years ago who tried to sell me such a villa for even lower price (I think, dont remember exactly). However, Bali is way too far from US/Europe, and managing such a distant property is a pain in the ...

But even assuming you can manage it someway and find clients during the high season, which lasts how long? 3-4 months? Then you make about $1200 a year, which is nothing comparing to the investment and the expenses for keeping the villa in a good shape.
