Irritating captcha in search menu.

Hello blackhatworld,

I'm using search function quite often. Typing captcha every single search makes it quite boring. I suppose it was implemented as a defence against bots.
Here comes my question:
Isn't it possible for administrator to disable captcha for "old users" that have registered long time ago?
