The purpose of this thread is to share my experience using IPrental & to ask if there's any alternative.

I have been with these guys for almost a year and the quality is deteriorating by the day. The price I'm paying now is $100/month. I use it everyday. Started a few months ago, the price increased from $50 to $100. Their excuse was: "We are continually oversubscribed, and need to reduce our total amount of customers in order to speed up the network and improve the overall user experience. Unfortunately, serving less customers means less revenue, which is why we need to raise our prices."

Ok, I'll pay. But I soon realized this is just a bullshit excuse. The service is now slow to unusable, double the price twice the speed reduction. It allows you to use an IP address for 12 minutes but a web page takes 2 minutes to load.

I contacted support about this but every time I sent in an email to their support, I find out in a few hours that I can't logged in via the software and have to reset my password. Coincidence? I don't think so. because this happened 4 times now, how can my account is hacked 4 times within the same month when I use the generated password from lastpass?

I haven't found any alternatives yet that offers such a large pool of residential ip addresses. Does anybody know of any other services? I would gladly pay the same amount ($100/month or a little more) to drop these guys.

Sounds to me like someone ought to take advantage of the situation and start their own IP Address sharing business.

So I'm assuming you know why there's so many residential ips for this service. Assuming you do, you should also realize that the speed will often vary greatly. The first question I'd have is do you need them to be country-specific? That will greatly reduce the price and increase options that I could recommend if they do not have to be USA only for example. If they do it's not a problem, just usually more expensive. If you're still looking though and want some more info feel free to PM me. They're not my own services and I'm not an affiliate with any of them either, but I've had similar needs in the past that led me to search out as many providers as I could find so I don't mind sharing them.

hello akacash I would really like to know them ,please send me a message :) i would be greatful

Please pm me with the solution, I need US ips, they need to be from a wide range of cities, & also need to have a large pool. I'm not doing anything sketchy, just need them to create accounts on various websites.

The large pool of ip, it's a just a bunch dynamic dsl connection rotating the IP's in most of the major cities in the US. It speed shouldn't vary, as they probably have the same speed for all their connection, the only reason why it'd be slow is if they're sharing it with a bunch of people. They have a time frame for each IP (12 min) is so that they can share it with many people.

Lol. Let me try this from another angle. You're using bnet proxies through that service, that's why your speed varies so much. That's also why you have so many ips to choose from. I took a look at that site and to be honest it's a weird setup. If you do want legit RDSL lines I have seen them offered but I have no experience with them so while I can show you this one site I saw called http://rdslpro.com/ I can't speak to the quality or anything like that. If you have a skype or something shoot me a pm and I'll add you and we can chat a bit more there.
