IP page ban issues

at first I thought the IP bans were due to some ddos mechanism being triggered by refreshing the page too often. it's happening to me too now. I need to send a message to M.A.D very badly but I can't get it through because apparently I'm banned on the usercp page and the private messages page (they load forever).

weird it fixed itself.
