you can use proxies like these hxxp://www.stayinvisible.com/web_proxy_list.html but they don't specify a state, just a country as much as I know.

I know iprental has east and west coast but when you look up where the ip's are coming from you only get about 5 different locations. any help anybody

yea I don't think that is going to work because it's still going to give me an IP from the state I am dialing up from.

There was an application where you look at the world map and click on the place where you want to be located and it loads anonymous proxies from it's database. Also it can be customised to change proxies at certain interval. I can't recall the name.. Something connected with "Anonym" . the great thing was that even cracked version was able to connect to database no problem

Get proxies, Filter them by country with Charon, Put the proxy in Proxifier, Repeat.

When you use Charon, make sure to filter by website, add this website:
    Code:
    http://www.ip-adress.com
    and put:
    Code:
My IP Address Location: [B]X[/B] in
In the title box (X represents the area/city you want your IP to be seen from)
If valid, Charon will display "Good" for the site result.

    Creativity :)
