IP Addresses

I'm having an issue with geo locating my IP addresses. I've been using IP Rental lately although the program is very flaky. Is there another way to geo locate IP addresses that aren't duplicates on a decent size scale?

Perhaps it's me who's the noob. What exactly are you saying I should do? BTW what I'm NOT a noob at is poker as I've played professionally for 6 years... if you care to share tips, the pleasure's all mine.

Geo loc data needs to be submitted by the 'owner' of the IPs
