Investor Needed. Earn 100% Profit

I do not want to post too much about my site in public. Anyone who is interested and is looking for more information. Then please contact me through PM.

I have a great domain, a template and hosting already. Im needing around $300ish for this project.

That money is going to go towards:

$120 CMS that is pretty unique
$100 Vbulletin license
$50 Custom Vbulletin skin to match my template which is going to be integrated into the CMS.

That leaves $30 which is initial advertising startup costs.

I have the maker of the CMS added on msn and is ready to start whenever I have the money to do so. You can send the money directly to him if you do not trust me.

My site is in a crowded niche I admit. However I know the way to make it stand out in that niche. Its not just a basic site. The features Im adding to it no other site in its niche has all in one site.

I will be running the site mainly by myself. To avoid paying people. I am going to be dedicating quite a few hours a day to it.

When I say 100% profit. That is for the 1st 3 months of the site running. However a little bit will not go to you. It will be used for expenses such as hosting. That is why I say you get 100% of the profit. After those 1st 3 months you will receive 50% of the profits. And I will receive 50% and all expenses will be paid through my 50%. The 1st 3 months profit thing is because I am new here and I want to prove that I won't run away with your money

The site will have around 5 income streams. Some could easily generate thousands every month after the site is running smoothly. Which I will explain what they are through PM..

Something smells fishy. You guys seem like you're working together pretending to show interest.

$300 and 3 months = 90 days. 90 days = paypal has no protection over lost assets.

The investor that I did have has sort of dissapeared. He hasn't been online in 4 days. Which is really unfortunate. I thought he was the perfect guy for the job. He was a programmer and would write up all the scripts I needed, He has Vbulletin licenses. He has a dedicated server. A network to advertise on etc.

You know you can get most of what your looking for for free right?

torrent, warez, opensource, etc.

do some googling. that should cut costs down to about zero.

PS: advertising costs should start at zero. there's plenty of freely available resources out there.

Vbulletin license. If you want to have a big site. You use legit things.....

Get a free CMS, get a free forum script and a free theme!

Well, like you said 'big sites' don't use free stuff but if you can't find someone to partner with then just start with free scripts and later upgrade to proffessional ones.

Ive pretty much raised most of the cash that I need. Just about $140 more and I will have enough. Well a bit more than that. I need money for Xmas presents

I do have an investor. He just disappears a lot. Hes willing to pay for anything I need, He is a coder, Has vbulletin licenses already. Has a network to advertise on and some other things. I plan on paying for it myself. And keeping the money he sends me.
