Where can I find app/software creators out there who maybe have the ideas & know how to create some app/software like a mobile game but just don't have the money to spend on it, and are looking for investors to JV? This is something I'd like to be involved in but I don't know where to find these people to JV with.
all sites that are like freelancer have a coding section, but they charge for the app and thats it. I guess what your looking for is a collaboration site or something, try looking around app or software coding forums? Or you could always learn yourself, the app market is always getting bigger might be something valuable to know.
