I have been using Interspire since 2011. Lately, I've been hearing many people say that it has ran its course since updates are not included and many ISP's realize messages from from IEM and flag it as junk.

Are you using Sendy and did you move from Interspire? If so, what has your impression been?

I get a 10% open rate on an IEM account that isn't flagged and has a great reputation.
If I send the same email on Vertical Response, I get 20-30% open rate.

My SpamAssassin score is great.

I'm not looking forward to moving from one to another but if I can increase my inbox rate, that will increase the number of people that open, click and buy from me.

Let me know what your thoughts are with Sendy and using Interspire in 2015.

PS - I do not know how to modify the headers. Maybe that would help??

I'm not really a mailer guy, but after setting up sendy and requesting for amazon SES to up me to the 10,000 email tier, they rejected me. All i needed it for was to send out news letters.

After reading more, I do not think Sendy will completely replace my Interspire needs but with the example I gave above, I think I can use it for one of my types of mailings.

I think interspire is much better than Sendy!

I agree but many are saying that it leaves footprints that ISP's understand and since many "spammers" use Interspire, it is making it hard for the rest of us to get into the inbox?

Has anyone modified the header to get better results?

Sendy and Amazon SES combination will strictly not let you send unsolicited emails, and they will sometimes even doubt from the numbers of bounces you get. Only do permission based mailing on a double opt in current list with combination of Sendy and Amazon SES. And plus, interspire is feature rich compared to Sendy. I suggest keep using IEM.
