Hello Black Hats, this is my first thread here, and something has been on my mind and i was curious if someone has done this and if it works.
I have an ecom store on Shopify, and my main traffic is SEO. We are doing international SEO, and we're getting traffic from each country inside the European Union.

My question was, for the collection pages, would it be smart if i add the country in the translations?
As an example if we sell E-Bikes, the meta title would be E-Bikes Netherlands, and the meta description would be Find the best E-Bikes in Netherlands only on...
Same for Germany, France, Ireland, Belgium etc....
Would that signal the search engines that we're selling there and do you think we will have better chances ranking on these collection pages?

Its more important that the whole language is in netherland for example, it will automatically detect the main language. What helps are country domains for each language...

Of course targeting any Non-English country in that language will be beneficial, but don't use translation, it is most often not correct, i will first write English, translate using bing or deepl, search on Google, and see if the words are correct, or if the pages ranked use different words.
Then replace those words, and use that corrected content in chatgpt and ask it to rewrite.

it will be tedious work but it will be worth it, wrong grammar/words in any language will spook the users, to make users buy is all about trust, if your language is not correct, you will not have better conversions.

Country domains as well as country IPs.

Yeah, you have chance if you doing the page content with high quality based on the niche specification and local language for target basis.

it would be a problem only if you're using the same content,
this might work, but it's risky and could be treated as duplicate/spam,

translated content is good to go, even automatically translated won't be a problem,
but ideally you want to make sure you double check it for any problems,

you can include several language foreign words in the title, meta titles, headings & content if top keywords are foreign (ex: "best"),
as long as most of the content is unique you're good to go
