First off i want to welcome myself to these forums!

For the last 8 Months I've been reading and learning IM and have not taken any action what so ever. Recently i told myself that it's time to act and stop sitting around and not seeing any income! One major factor that kept holding me back from acting and taking action is the fact that i live in Brazil. I lived in the US for 15 years so i know how to write/speak/read english fluently. I've been thinking of ways to target Brazil in IM and i came on here to ask my fellow member for some tips ideas on how i can make some money with online/offline marketing here in Brazil or Internationally.

Do you guys think it's worth giving a shot or should i stick to the US for IM?
How/What do yous suggest i start doing to start off? I dont have a very high budget so that could also be a stepback =/

    Thanks!

Go for the localized version. There is plenty of competition on the English internet. I know for a fact that it is extremely much easier to rank in SEO for my native language, as compared to English.

Just roll with it. You have 200 million locals, a booming economy, plus a handful of Portuguese people to market to as well. Should be alright.

What i think about IM on Brazil is simple, how many people on the world understand english? How many understand portuguese? Unless you have some really good offer i don't think you should think about IM on Brazil, since the market is smaller. In fact, the problem isn't the market size, since niches are really small too. I believe that the biggest problem is finding good offers...

BTW: cant rep your PM, if you want, pm your skype and i will add!

Well, what are you currently doing? Go with that, but in Brazil.

Well here's an idea. Start an SEO agency for Brazil. Use the local SEO methods detailed here on this forum. Find local geeks to hire. I bet it is 100 times easier to rank for plastic surgeons in Rio than it is to rank for plastic surgeons in any city of equivalent size in the English speaking world. Chances are also that whoever you try to poach has never been pitched to by an SEO agency before.

    Boa sorte.
