    Do you make a hyperlink from every word that has to do something with one of your subpages to link to that page? Or just a few?

    I started noticing that people have been copying my content/stealing my content through RSS feeds, so I have been putting hyperlinks in all of my new blog posts so when they steal my content they link back to me.

    It's an Algo, of course it can be gamed.

    I use a plug in called SEO Smart Links and set it to 2 internal links per page.
