I was using seo-browser.c0m and I clicked on external links and noticed that it's seeing some of my internal links as external because the links are written out http://www.domainxyz.com/filename.html vs the internal links it sees as /filename.html. I know the less outbound links the better, but because it's pointing to the same name does it really matter? Is this good for passing pagerank authority? Is this ok for website crawls?

I believe google will no longer differentiate between the 2 as they have done in the past, so no its not a big issue. But it is always better to have consistency.
