    Got this email randomly...
    Dear customers,

Due serious issues with Dutch law, we are forced to stop providing hosting to all UGG Boots Stores.
We please you to move your UGG Replica sites to another provider ASAP. If you are disabled by us, it's because your domain name has been listed in take down notice which we received from lawyer in Amsterdam, hired by UGG.
We have to proceed on this way, because we cannot compromise our company security and cannot permit to go on Dutch law court.

Please accept our apologies because of this, and if there is any additional explanation needed, please contact us by: [email protected]

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

My Ugg site (selling genuine Uggs via Amazon affiliate program) has just had it's hosting suspended on the orders of a Chicago law firm.

ROTFLMAO - yeah, nobody would sell fake Uggs on Amazon.

Big brands have strict policy on licensed retail outlets and licensed online outlets to protect their brand. The flood of Ugg product online means someone is violating that policy and they're protecting their brand through court orders. No major brand lets online merchants whore their stock until it's worthless abandoning their retail partners that have millions invested in the brand. I'm sure the stores are bitching and Ugg is fixing the problem before they lose their partners. They don't want you guys selling their brand for pennies on the dollar while their stores try to eek out 30% profit to cover the overhead. If they have MAP pricing I'm sure you guys are all far below that. Time to find another brand to whore.
