I have a very famous actors exact name 90k exact search .org from 11 year sold. My plan is to turn it into a business directory with more indexed pages then the actors.

Current actor has .com -pr5 -15k backlinks and only 2 years old with 2 indexed pages lol

Should I turn it into fan site or run a business directory out of it and capitalize off the name.
